Freedom Star Estates is 75 miles from Belize's Phillip Goldson Int'l Airport (BZE), 12 miles from northern Belize's Corozal Airport (CZH), and 20 miles from the southern Mexican Border - which is only 9 miles from Chetumal's Int'l Airport (CTM). Depending on your point of origin there are several ways to get here.

There are many direct flights from the US and Canada into BZE - and there are plenty of car rental agencies at the airport. Our neighbor, Orchid Bay Resort, offering beautiful overnight or long term rentals, also offers transportation to and from the Int'l Airport (orchidbay.bz). Belize's Tropic Air and Maya Air have 30 minute flights from BZE to CZH by way of San Pedro-there's a nice little car rental agency in Corozal that will pick you up from the airport once you arrive (belizevipautorental.com); from there it's only a 15 minute drive to Freedom Star Estates. Alternatively, Belize has public transportation that is on time and very inexpensive.

There are convenient flights from Mexico City to CTM daily - Orchid Bay offers a pick-up and drop-off service from there as well. Direct flights from Miami to CTM were discontinued during covid but it's a route we expect will open up again soon.
